This section covers the Google Sheets Forecasting Addon.
The only data we access from Google Sheets is the data you select as inputs to the custom functions. Only the numbers are stored and not any other context around the data. This means that, if we were to look at the data, we can see the numbers but we don’t know what the numbers represent. For example, we can’t know if the data you are sending us represents profit or the number of biscuits in the office kitchen. But in fact we will not look at individual data requests without your permission.
Along with the Google Sheets data a unique API key is also sent to our servers. This means we can identify which API requests are coming from which account.
All this data may be stored so that we can use it to improve our product further. The analysis will be done in aggregate without viewing the data for individual API requests or for individual clients.
The addon’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Forecast Forge does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make every effort to ensure that it will satisfy your requirements and expectations, but make no promises in this regard.
Forecast Forge cannot be held liable for system down time, crashes or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicated estimate of profits which a client would have gained if the Forecast Forge service was functioning.
The failure of Forecast Forge to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. This Terms of Service supersedes any prior agreements or prior versions of Terms of Service between you and Forecast Forge. You agree that these Terms of Service and your use of the Forecast Forge Service are governed under UK law.
